OakStand-Hosted Option

  • Technical Support via Email and Telephone
  • We handle the program setup, installation, and configuration.
  • We will provide links to your website, or develop the appropriate "framed pages" so that the Reservation System is fully-integrated with your existing web site or Intranet.
  • We will customize the Header and Footer with your website logo, color scheme, and any navigation links you wish to have.
  • We will customize the site "vocabulary". Do you call your customers "producers" or "customers"? Are Equipment categories called "categories" or "types" or something else? Whatever, we can modify the "language" used in the program.
  • Reports. We provide several standardized reports, but with our hosting service, we offer an additional report according to your needs (if feasible).
