Easy pop-up
menu for adding reservations for time-periods, days, multiple
days, and recurring reservations.
Edit/Delete
One or All Occurrences of a Recurring Event When editing
or deleting a recurring event you can specify whether or
not you want to edit all the occurrences or just the one
you have clicked on.

| Check-In/Out |
Record
the date and time when equipment is checked out and in.
We also
provide a Check-Out/In Form that you can print out if you
want a paper-trail. All information about the reservation
is automatically entered into the form, or you can print
out a blank form.

You can send
email to your customers via the Reservation pop-up screen, a
separate Email screen, or the Customer Reports. |

Optionally,
you can require Reservations entered by various people to be
approved before listing. |

Available
Reports are::
Reservations: select
a data range to see all reservations in that range.
Equipment:
show all, or by category
Customers: show
active, inactive, and new customers.
Administrators: show
all.

Week, Day, and Year Views |
Select
the view that you want. Month view is the default, but
can be changed.
Days that
contain more events than will fit in the box on the month
view can be dynamically expanded to show all the events in
that day by clicking a small "chevron" in the header
bar of the days block.
Calendar
can be printed by Month, Week, Day, or Itemized List |

Day View
Starts at 8:00am.
Default
time is the 12-hour format, but you can change one variable
in the file and all the times will be drawn in 24 hour format.

Filtering Option |
You can use
the event filter option to filter the calendar to only show reservations
for only one category or a set of categories on the calendar
at any given time. |
| Reservation
Listing View |
The Reservation
list view shows a complete listing for the current month and
two months after. Great to see a shot of what is coming
up in the next month or so. |
| Categories |
Set up various
equipment categories such as Cameras, Tripods, or Multi-packs. Assign
a color to each category for easy viewing. |
| Equipment |
Add equipment
to the database, with descriptions and barcodes, and assign to
a category. |
| Customers
or Producers |
Full information
on your customers or producers, including the ability to upload
images or pictures of each customer.
The program
automatically assigns customers to one of 3 categories for
easy management:
- Active: within
the past 6 months
- Inactive:
no activity within 6 months
- New: Added
in past 6 months, but no activity yet.

The script will

setting up the email functionality of the script. |

Version |
Because the
PC Version has some quirks that do not render well on some Macintosh
computers, we have an alternate program for Mac users.
Because the
Mac and PC programs both use the same database, the Reservation
System is truly a multi-platform program. |
